Your destination
Cancun, Mexico
Cancun sits on the northeast tip of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, where the Caribbean Sea meets a barrier island of white sand and turquoise water. The Zona Hotelera is a fourteen-mile strip of beachfront resorts, beach clubs and nightlife running between the Nichupte Lagoon and the open sea, with Cancun International Airport (CUN) about twenty minutes south. Beyond the beach, the region opens onto the cenotes and Mayan sites of the interior, day-trip islands at Isla Mujeres and Cozumel, and catamaran and snorkelling excursions along the Mesoamerican Reef. Reliable heat, direct flights from most major US cities and a dense concentration of all-inclusive properties make Cancun one of the most accessible group destinations in the Caribbean basin.
